Some others around our company sound so basic but are a far cry from the old fashion spreadsheet hassle:

1. roles
2. calculations
3. views

Another major one is the new way to relate tables.
Also how you can use HTML on the overview page and create a fancy dashboard look

I forgot to mention grid edit
