Have a contest and highlight the top 5 3. I use to conduct monthly meetings with our clients and they loved it Monthly phone conference, where a selected topic will be discussed. This meeting can sometimes highlight how a customer uses the product, new features coming out, tips and tricks, talk to an engineer, talk to support, etc...
