It is a new joke in our enterprise, "for this project, we need a Quickbase database - yes yet another Quickbase" but truthfully, it is not funny. We have found so many ways to quickly be more effective with this tool, they are hard to count! We have replaced actual 3rd party products [from PO Requisitions, Employee Expense submission to Performance Review applications] We are literally saving money due to other reduced support Maintenance fees due to Quickbase.

Our Guru administrator is now getting the hang of how to share applications to allow us to keep a employee organizational structure to use for a lot of other needs in other shared QB Applications.

This tool has some limitations but not many compared to how easy it is to develop with and the flexibility it allows.

I am not sure what we did without it. We do have a list of ideas for improvement but despite them, we do like this tool and many are becoming very good developers.

THANKS for asking!
