1. A place to discuss business best practices on implementation, gathering requirements, dealing with change management would be great. Get buy in from users.

		<description>I think it would be great if you could sort the articles by Date Modifed, rather than just Date Created.

Also, I would like an RSS feed for the Forums, as well as, KB articles.  Maybe this could be done using Yahoo! Pipes?</description>
