Tony,

Great question about the "state of QuickBase". In short, we're very healthy. We're not enjoying this economy, but we're still seeing strong demand and growth. We find that some of our customers are turning to QuickBase to help them replace more expensive, slower moving on-premise systems, or to just get more efficient and effective to do "more with less".

QuickBase overall is profitable, growing and we're lucky to have a strong base of customers that keep us healthy (over 350,000 subscribers).

Lastly, Intuit is in good shape with a strong cash position and strong brands. Yesterday we just published earnings so you can take a look at the data there. Events like these raise questions for all of us, but, to be honest, I don't think there is anyone in a better position than us to handle this economic situation. I view it as an opportunity to get more discipline and focus on executing well for our customers, and if we do that, this can be a great catalyst for even faster growth.

Bill,

Your offer to Coghead implies QB is in good shape. But for those of us who have significant portions of their business operations using QB, it would be reassuring to have some feedback/insight from you regarding QBs financial condition and continuing viability. I know QB is a sub of Intuit and as such specific info may not be available, but it does occur to me that one of the challenges of SaaS companies is convincing users that the service/platform will continue to exist. Our decision to use QB was in part based on the Intuit connection....but these days nothing seems safe. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony
