How can I create colored backgrounds, pictures and stoplight graphics in my forms and reports?
You can exploit the HTML function of a Formula Text field to produce background colors and even graphics into forms tables and reports. What formats can I set a report to output? How do I change the output format?

You have a choice of Normal (HTML), Plain Text, Comma Separated Values, Tab Separated Values, or XML. To change your view output format:

1. On the overview page of your application, click on the "Customize" drop down list and select "Views".

2. Click the view's name you want to modify.

3. Under the "Additional Options", click on "Custom Options" to expand the section.
