An asterisk next to someone's name in the Users with Access list on the Manage Billing Account page means they have Full Management permissions on the Permissions tab of the Manage Billing Account page. To read more about the Manage Billing Account page, read here:

Some probable causes are:
- an application manager has typed the wrong e-mail address
- the user registered with a different e-mail address
- the user has multiple QuickBase user accounts
- the user is assigned the wrong role

To resolve this problem, first check for the following issues:

When you'd like to cut off a user's access to your applications, you can use the deny option to remove a user’s access to your billing account.

The best way to create a user hierarchy in QuickBase is to have a table of users. The key field in this table should be a user field. For each level of the management hiearchy you add another user field to this table. So for example the first user field in this table would be called Sales Rep. If each sales rep has a manager then you would create another user field called Manager.

When you set up a Role, you can limit the reports that are available to users on that role. If however, you have "activated" or given access to the role "Everyone on the Internet," your users will see the "superset" of all reports available to their Role as well as the Everyone on the Internet role.

There are issues in some Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office configurations that can cause problems with downloads. QuickBase has usually less than 8 hours per year downtime for scheduled maintenance. This breaks down to about 5-20 minutes a month, typically. Our service page denotes any current service interruptions as well as a history of last month's service status.
