This Alert indicates that a table in your application has almost reached its storage limit size. In order to keep the "quick" in QuickBase, tables have a maximum size limit. When this limit is reached, users are prevented from adding new records.

To see how close you are, you can check your application's statistics:

QuickBase automatically gives Billing Account Administrators the power to create new applications, but you may have inadvertently taken this privilege away from yourself. It's easy to check.

Yes, you can now use QuickBase on your iPhone. While you can access pretty much any QuickBase feature from your phone, Intuit recommends that you limit your activities to using applications only. Find, view and update information in an application, but do not attempt to change the structure of the application via iPhone. Do advanced customizations on a full computer only.

You can limit the number of characters end users can enter or store in a field. Use this feature to help avoid data-entry mistakes in text fields. Carriage returns count as one character. To learn how, please see our Set Maximum Length for Entries in a Text Field help topic.

On your My Apps page you can search for an application if it's not already visible in your list. This search returns only those applications to which you have access. To learn more, please see our Search for an Application help topic.
