For monthly service plan payments, QuickBase accepts credit cards issued from the US, UK, Canada, or Japan.

An asterisk next to someone's name in the Users with Access list on the Manage Billing Account page means they have Full Management permissions on the Permissions tab of the Manage Billing Account page. To read more about the Manage Billing Account page, read here:

To change your credit card information the Account Owner or a Workgroup Admin must do the following:

1) Login to QuickBase and start from the My QuickBase page.

2) Click the "Manage your billing account" link on the right.

3) On the Manage Billing Account screen that appears, from the Summary tab, click "Billing Information".

QuickBase monthly plans only use a credit card. In order to receive an invoice, the billing account must be changed to an annual plan, and can then be configured to be paid for via a purchase order and invoice. QuickBase can provide credit card customers with monthly receipts online. If you'd like to receive receipts, please make a request to our support department by filling out a support case form:

If your account has been suspended, it is very likely that it is because the credit card you provided us has either been declined or has expired. There is also the possibility the authorization did not go through and the card needs to be retried.
