Multiple user accounts belonging to one individual create confusion from time to time. For example, say you created an account using your Gmail address and someone has invited you to join their application using your corporate e-mail address. Once you sign on to QuickBase using both, you have two separate user accounts.

First, confirm that the email address connected with your user account is the one you're checking for your password email message. QuickBase sends the password message to the same email address you used to create your user account.

In order to clean up your user accounts, you'll need help from the Customer Care team to remove the usernames you no longer want. They'll also be able to review any apps you own or have access to under each user, and consolidate them under a single login.

If a particular person receives a QuickBase notification that doesn't include the information you expect it to, you should check to confirm that the user has access to your application. If you've specified that the notification should be a "Recipient" type of notification, then only users with whom you've shared the application can see application data.

A specific report subscription is always emailed at the same time of day (or time of week). However, this time is chosen at random when the report subscription is created.

Currently, the time is randomly chosen in the range from 08:00 to 15:00 UTC time. Depending on daylight savings, this translates into:
Eastern Time: 3AM to 11AM
Pacific Time: 12AM to 8AM
