During the import process, if you import your resources, or contacts, by name into a user field (such as Assigned To), QuickBase may not recognize the names as users (To learn more about User fields, please see our Manage Users in an Application help topic.).

If you have used one e-mail address to create several QuickBase accounts, then you need to specify which account you want to associate the email address with. The account you specify becomes your default account. Whenever, you or another QuickBase user enters your email address (for example, when you sign in or someone shares an application with you), this is the account to which it refers.

Currently, you cannot combine two user accounts into one. You can however, make one of them your primary. This means that when someone grants you access to a QuickBase (using the email instead of the screen name) or sends an email, it always refers to the primary account.

In order to make an account the primary one, please go through the following steps:
