The way to do this is to create a new Add Record form for your table that will act as a 'dashboard' for users to select different forms for adding a record. This dashboard form will be unlike other Add Record forms in your table since it will not actually have any of the usual fields from your table on it.

1. Create a new report that includes all of the fields that you want to include in your mailing labels, form letter or envelopes. Expand the "COLUMNS TO DISPLAY" section and turn on only the columns that you need for your mail merge. Turn off all unnecessary columns.

Just add two hidden fields called "username" and "password":

1. Set the value of these fields to a screen name and its password.

If you can no longer see detail records in a report that you've embedded on a master form, someone has changed the Filtering (matching criteria) for that report.

Certain fields are never editable directly. These include the five built-in fields, all formula fields, and all lookup fields. In addition fields that were at one time reference fields can behave in such a way that they don't display either a read-only or an editable value. Here is the situation that creates these former uneditable reference fields.

In order to show a portion of a particular field's data on a report and/or form, you need to take these two steps:

1) Create a new formula field that will hold the subset of the original field's data, and

2) Add the new formula field to the forms and reports where you want the condensed field showing.

If your checkbox field's field identifier is nine then you can put this on your Exact Form:

Replace the nine above with the field identifier of your checkbox field.
