This Alert indicates that a table in your application has almost reached its storage limit size. In order to keep the "quick" in QuickBase, tables have a maximum size limit. When this limit is reached, users are prevented from adding new records.

To see how close you are, you can check your application's statistics:

You can limit a report to only show the top 5 records by adding this string to the end of the URL you see while viewing the report.

> &qskip=0&qrppg=5

You can replace 5 with another number to return a different amount of records. Be aware this will only work for table reports.

The 10,000 record import limit only applies to records containing a User field.

Adding extra fields does take up space even if the fields are empty. To be precise each text field takes up a minimum of 4 bytes, so if you have 10,000 records and you add 50 new, but blank, text fields, you've bumped up your database size by 4 bytes per blank text field times 10000 fields times 50 text fields which is 2 megabytes.
