How can I track who changes a record, beyond the single "Last Modified By" built-in field, which only keeps track of the most recent edit?

While QuickBase only displays the name and a time/date stamp of the most recent person who has changed a record, you can use a text field with the append only option turned on to keep track of changes made to the record.

Step 1. Create a field of type 'Text - Multi-line'. The following link explains how to create a field.
