How do I get my contact information out of MS Outlook and into QuickBase?

1. From within MS Outlook click on the Contacts Folder.

2. Then click on the "Views" menu and select under "Current View" the name of the view that contains all the information you want to bring into QuickBase.

3. Then click on the "Edit" menu and select "Select All".

4. Then click on the "Edit" menu and select "Copy".

How do I transfer data from a QuickBase to Microsoft Outlook?

If you want to export one record at a time, and that record is either a contact or scheduled event, you can create and use a vCard or iCalendar field to send a record to Outlook.
