Table size can significantly affect QuickBase performance, including the speed with which QuickBase searches tables and runs reports.   We recommend that you schedule regular reviews of your applications to see how much storage space each table is using and whether you can tweak your tables to optimize performance.

Issue:
You reduce or increase file attachments and the change in size is reflected under the application properties but not in the account management application tab.

Explanation:
There are two possible causes.

Adding extra fields does take up space even if the fields are empty. To be precise each text field takes up a minimum of 4 bytes, so if you have 10,000 records and you add 50 new, but blank, text fields, you've bumped up your database size by 4 bytes per blank text field times 10000 fields times 50 text fields which is 2 megabytes. QuickBase allows you to configure email subscriptions and reminders for each table in your application.

In order to remove someone from the list of users who are accessing applications owned by your billing account, the billing account manager should add the user to the deny list. Denying a user ensures that the user can no longer access any application in your billing account. And, you are not charged for users who are on your deny list.

This error indicates that you've taken up all the storage space for a particular table. In order to keep the "quick" in QuickBase, tables have a maximum size limit. To see how close you are, you can check your application's statistics:
