If QuickBase displays a message telling you that you can't change your password,

It is possible and quite easy to import data into QuickBase in such a way that it will update existing records. The key to being able to do this is that you must include the key field so that QuickBase knows exactly what records to update. By default the key field is the "Record ID" field.

You should go through these steps to export then reimport records:

To change your credit card information the Account Owner or a Workgroup Admin must do the following:

1) Login to QuickBase and start from the My QuickBase page.

2) Click the "Manage your billing account" link on the right.

3) On the Manage Billing Account screen that appears, from the Summary tab, click "Billing Information".

If your CSV file has a column in it that maps to the key field of the table then all you have to do is import the CSV file into QuickBase. Please read the following help topic:
