QuickBase operations time out after a fixed number of seconds, so the file upload needs to complete before this time out. The two most common reasons why the uploads don't complete is because either of following two causes:
- The file is too large. This can often be remedied by compressing the file with a third party compression application.
- The network connection is too slow (e.g. a modem is used over a telephone line). In this case, a higher bandwidth connection needs to be used.
