I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the search results in your app. I'm not sure who you called, but the best thing to do would be to log into QB, go to Help on the Global bar > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case. One of our Customer Care reps will reach out to you and will be happy to give you a hand with your search.
