This Alert indicates that a table in your application has reached 90% or more of its storage limit size. In order to keep the "quick" in QuickBase, tables have a maximum size limit. When this limit is reached, users are prevented from adding new records. To solve a size limit problem you can do one of two things:

- Archive or delete data. Trim your table back down to a more efficient size. Doing so helps keep your application humming along. You can archive records by exporting data out of QuickBase to your hard drive (please read: https://www.quickbase.com/help/exporting_quickbase_data.html) or download your QuickBase data and file attachments using Microsoft Access (please read: http://quickbase.intuit.com/developer/node/2200).

- Submit a support case. If archiving or deleting data poses a serious problem for you, please discuss your situation with QuickBase support as increasing the table limit is an option in some cases. We're always happy to hear how you're using QuickBase, so we can help you get the most out of it. You can enter a support case from any application page by selecting Help > Support and clicking the ‘Contact Support’ link.
