This is an example of the editable HTML code that helps you insert multiple graphics within a single "Text" panel of a QuickBase Home Page. This permits them to be displayed side by side.

Please note that this only applies to app Home pages created prior to our October 27, 2013 release. If you're using our new, drag-and-drop home pages, you can simply add 2 Chart Widgets and drag them next to each other. For more information, see here: http://www.quickbase.com/user-assistance/#customizing_dashboard_page.html

  1. From your app's Home page, click Settings.

  2. Choose Pages, then click on the Home Page you're working on.

  3. Scroll down to a Text section, or click + New Section > Text to create a new one.

  4. Make sure the HTML button is pushed, and paste the following code:

    <iframe src="/db/DBID?a=q&qid=QUERYID&ifv=1" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0px" marginheight="0px" width="450" height="450"></iframe>

    <iframe src="/db/DBID?a=q&qid=QUERYID&ifv=1" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0px" marginheight="0px" width="450" height="450"></iframe>

  5. In a new tab, open the first chart you'd like to display on the home page. In the address bar, you'll see the DBID you need following the "db/". Replace the DBID above with that value.

  6. Switching back to the chart again, go back to the address bar and copy the number that follows qid=.

  7. Open the second report in a new tab, and paste in the DBID and QUERYID into the second line of the code.

  8. Click Save to finish.
