System is Slow

Hello,

I am experiencing extreme lag in any actions I take iin quickbase. It is taking roughly three to five seconds before an action will take. This occurred late in the afternoon on Oct1 and is persisting this morning. I have restarted my PC and checked Internet speed and nothing has changed with those. Please advise.
