How do I change the email address of my QuickBase user account?
****IMPORTANT - DO NOT change the email address of your user account until you have access to the new address. When you change your email, you must confirm the new address by replying to an email message from QuickBase. Also, TYPE CAREFULLY to make sure QuickBase sends the email to the right inbox. If you can't get that email, you can't get back into QuickBase without additional assistance.****
To change your user account's e-mail address, on the My QuickBase page click the "Signed in as" menu, and choose "Edit User Profile". On the User Profile page, click "Edit User Information". Change your email address and click Save Changes.
QuickBase displays a screen that says your profile has been updated.
QuickBase sends an email message to your new inbox. You can't log into QuickBase again until you click on the link contained in that email.
Once you get your email confirmation and click the link it contains, you can sign into QuickBase using your new email address. You can also use your account's screen name to access your account, but only AFTER you've clicked the link in the confirmation email.

(I have removed details of your old and new email addresses from your post before publishing.)
To change the email address you use to access QuickBase, just edit your User Profile. You will need to verify your new email address with QuickBase (that's the email process you went through when you started using QuickBase), and after that you should be set.
Note: If you are logging in using LDAP or SAML authentication, you cannot change your email address in this way. Instead you will need to contact your organization's IT department to make that change.
