How do I reset my password?
If QuickBase displays a message telling you that you can't change your password,
then your user account is controlled by your company. Some companies link QuickBase user accounts to the central corporate directory. In this situation, you can't change your password from within QuickBase. Instead, the program displays a message informing you that you must change your corporate directory password. If you do so, QuickBase recognizes the change too.

Forgot password of security question
Dear Sirs,
My password has been expired and have to reset a new one but unfortunately, the system request to answer my security question which I can't remeber.
May you advice us how to recovery the password?

I want to access community support, but can't. I got a new ID, a new pin, and entered a new password, but was still denied access because I didn't know the elementary school that a previous accountant attended. That "security question" seems to have trumped everything. Help.

Hi Len -
Your reference to an accountant raised a question in my mind -- is it QuickBase that you need support on? I think you probably need to talk to Customer Support directly. From https://quickbase.intuit.com/support/portal/. Log in using your QuickBase username and password (it sounds like you already have those two pieces of information), then enter the details of your case and a valid phone number for a callback.
