I asked QuickBase for my forgotten password, but never got the email with the link to reset it. Why?
First, confirm that the email address connected with your user account is the one you're checking for your password email message. QuickBase sends the password message to the same email address you used to create your user account.
Next, make sure that your address can receive email from QuickBase. Sometimes QuickBase mail gets caught in corporate spam filters. Check with your IT administrator to make sure that messages from "@quickbase.com" can get through. Also, make sure that your company's mail queue isn't backed up.
Important: If you've tried the above steps but you're still having trouble resetting your password, please let us know via our Contact Us page. This allows you to get help from the Customer Care team without having to login first. You can ignore the message about submitting a support case if you're an existing customer.
