When I use Lastname: to search for users, the number returned is less than the number of users shown in my account usage stats. Why?

Instead of using Lastname: to search, use Email:, as some users do not have the Last Name and First Name values set for their user profile. Using Email: A-F returns the most inclusive list and will sum to the same number as presented in your account usage stats section.

Columns are out of order when someone uses the SEARCH button

I have a form that our registrants fill out and we enter the data in our Quickbase application.  It is in a specific order for a reason.  When I (or our 10,000 daily users) do a SEARCH from the button on the black border, the form columns are completely out of order from the form itself.  I've changed the fields to put back in order, it works a time or two and then later, it's right back to being out of order again.  This never happened on the old Quickbase, but it's very frustrating because I can NOT get anyone from Quickbase to return my calls so someone can explain what I have to do correct this problem.  I am the only one who administers this application and others can only search or view the contents, they can not make changes.  I am so frustrated with the NEW QUICKBASE, I may have to turn to another company if this problem is not resolved.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the search results in your app. I'm not sure who you called, but the best thing to do would be to log into QB, go to Help on the Global bar > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case.
