re: open a help desk ticket by a user
Hi Julio,
My name is Brian from QuickBase Support. While we don't have an API for our support portal, a user can just fill in their contact information, subject, and request when opening a new support case. I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Brian

Require a solution to control my purchases & corresponding sales
Hi,
We are using Quickbooks 2012pro. Our business is to sell products through our web site (e-commerce) & where we have products from many vendors, similar to consignment business.
For every booked order (at our web site). We receive payment (Via credit card, Cash on delivery etc), then we collect goods from vender (at agreed low price) and deliver to customer.
Is there any way possible we can link/connect individually our each purchase with corresponding sale, therefore could check any time which transactions are fully recorded (Sale & purchase both) and which not, so can follow the balance part. As some times our delivery man losses the purchase invoice, similarly some vendors gives all month invoices once at the end of the month & like wise other cases.

Hi Thapelo --
I'm sorry you're having trouble with QuickBooks -- that sounds like a frustrating error. I did a bit of searching and you might be interested in this article from the QuickBooks support site: http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Articles/SLN41430.
If the solution presented there does not solve your problem, there are links to the community support site and the official QuickBooks support site in the article. You may need to speak to a human being to get a resolution.
If you encounter other errors, try entering the error codes into http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/search2.aspx -- it's where I found the article above.
Regards,
--Sybil
