Turbotax has a software glitch - it is failing correctly prepare

I want to speak to a knowledgable tech support person who can either correct the problem I am having with Turbo Tax or can authorize the purchase of software that works ie HR Block. I do not want to communicate via email or IM. I want to get this problem corrected and submit my taxes in a timely manner Call me at (phone # deleted). Your software is redirecting entries for my IRA to requests for my wife's information in the middle of the data entry.

Go to https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/, pick the version of TurboTax you're using, ask your question, and click Submit.

On the next page, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular question.

TurboTax Support is available 7 days a week from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific time.

Printing prior returns completed with turbotax

I need to print a copy of my 2011 return that I completed in turbotax in April of 2012 but seem to be having a problem. The only message I get when I try is "there seems to be a problem, try later." I've been traying for 2 weeks now and continue to receive the same message.  What am I doing wrong?
