If I set permissions on an application to "Everyone on the Internet", does that mean everyone at my company?

No. Setting permissions to "Everyone on the Internet" means that anyone with access to the QuickBase Web site has access to that application. You should only use this feature for applications you consider public.

I tested this and user is asked to create account but can not

I followed instructions to make one of the tables in my QB accessible to everyone on the Internet.  I tested from my home email address.  when I click on the address to the table, the form comes up adn I can add a request however, when I click the link again, I can't see my requsts.  What do I have to do so that requesters can come back in and see their requests?

Hi Tawna, In this situation

Hi Tawna,

In this situation it would be best if you could open a support case so one of our support reps can take a look at your app so see why you're not able to see your requests. You can do so by logging in to QuickBase and clicking Help from any screen, and then choosing Manage Support Cases.

Thanks!

What will a random visitor to the site see once this is enabled?

Will they see a login screen or will the application appear like normal...no login.

RE: What will a random visitor to the site see once this is enab

Hi David,

When a non-QuickBase user sees an application that's open to everyone on the internet, they will not see a login screen. The view will be normal, except that instead of seeing their name in the top-right corner, it will say 'Sign In'.

Thanks,

Brian
