Can you please look into the following request.
My colleague Andrew Stuart has been attempting to complete the setup access to a second user account - aclark-cit
The account has been setup – but it requires to be verified.
Each time we go through the process – we get a corresponding message to do the following.
Which we do – but the password for the email address DOES NOT match the Username – which then loops back.
We only require 1 account to be verified – this is becoming a real pain and less “Quick” and rather “Pain”
The – “secret Q” – has been changed
The – password has been changed
We still cannot get the second account verified – an answer is required.
When security gets in the way of function it becomes painful.
