My QuickBase email message has a problem or doesn't display correctly. What should I do?
If you are not receiving an email that you expect from QuickBase, please see this KB article:
If the message itself fails to display correctly, this may be due to missing images. Your e-mail program must be able to connect to the QuickBase in order to display some of the images in our messages. If you are not connected to the Internet, the format of our message may be poor.
Other email formatting problems may be due to your mail reader program. However, most modern e-mail programs (such as Outlook, Outlook express, Thunderbird and Eudora) and web e-mail readers can read the messages correctly. If you suspect the problem may be with your email software, please try another e-mail program to see if that works.
When reporting email problems to the QuickBase support team, please include as much of the following information as you can:
1) The name and version of your email reader program (e.g., Outlook Express 6)
2) The original Internet mail header
In MS Outlook, you can see this by going to the "View" menu and selecting "Options..."
