What does this error mean? "You have reached the file upload limit for this database."
This error indicates that you've taken up all the file attachment space that comes with your current billing plan. To get yourself back in compliance with your plan you have a couple of options:
- Upgrade your billing plan. Your Billing Account Administrator can change your billing account's service plan to include more storage space. To learn how, please read: https://www.quickbase.com/help/changing_your_service_plan.html
- Delete files. To make more space, you can delete files and/or copies of file revisions that are attached to your application. QuickBase keeps a number of revisions of each document you upload. If you don't need to store these revisions, jettison them from your application. To learn how to delete revisions and how this affects your storage space, please read: http://quickbase.intuit.com/developer/node/2053.
