Why doesn't "Keep me signed in" work?

In certain cases, a Billing Account Administrator can turn off your ability to stay signed in. Some companies turn this feature off for security reasons. If this is an issue for you, check with your Account Administrator.

The ability for an account administrator to allow all their users to stay logged in is actually unique to our Enterprise plans. Realm administrators on those accounts can to to My Apps > Manage billing account > Policies tab. From there, in the 'Sign-in policies' section, can click Allow user to stay signed in across sessions.

Remember Me; Login

Help articles all say that the administrator needs to enable the "remember me" check box at login... I am the administrator for my company that uses quickbase, but I cannot find any options/settings for this automatic login... how do I enable it?
