QuickBase Desktop is a Microsoft Access database with some VBA code that mirrors QuickBase databases to MS Access tables and their attached files to your hard drive. It also features a sync button that posts changes made to the mirrored tables back up to the QuickBase server. The sync button also pulls down changes from the QuickBase databases to the local MS Access tables.

In the table bar on any application page, click the table featuring the report. Within the menu that appears, select Customize --tablename-- table > Reports. Click on the "Display" button next to the particular view name to bring up the view. If you look in the address bar of your browser you'll see the query identifier as the last numeric portion of the URL.

Some times errors arise when using QuickBase Desktop and QuickBase Exact Forms because there are referenced files needed that are not available in the MS Access or MS Word (depending on what QB tool/feature you're using), or a reference is not properly registered. This includes the error:

"Object library feature not supported"
