There are issues in some Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office configurations that can cause problems with downloads. We've seen the issue with all types of Microsoft Office documents and with PDF files. The issue can affect all QuickBase downloads including file attachments, exporting to a spreadsheet, and custom pages.

Just create a Formula URL field and use the following as its formula:

You can add a recurring record or tasks link field (which can be made to look like a button) by clicking on the link below.

In HTML, you can create input tags, set the type to "checkbox", and indicate the name using either the field ID or field name. If you don’t want your users seeing the field on your form, use the optional parameter "fform" to set the type to be "hidden".
