For monthly service plan payments, QuickBase accepts credit cards issued from the US, UK, Canada, or Japan.

In the September 2011 release, we will be changing our password requirements for all users who log in interactively using QuickBase authentication. These include strengthened password requirements, and the introduction of a security question and answer.

If you tried to change your billing plan and the change did not go through, it may be that your account is not in compliance with other limits specified by your plan.

After completing this process, you should close and restart your browser, and then try logging into QuickBase again.

Once a user is provisioned in QuickBase, only the person with access to the email address used is able to change the user profile information.

An asterisk next to someone's name in the Users with Access list on the Manage Billing Account page means they have Full Management permissions on the Permissions tab of the Manage Billing Account page. To read more about the Manage Billing Account page, read here:

QuickBase relies on email addresses to identify user accounts. When QuickBase user accounts are created, they are initiated and confirmed via an email address. Sometimes a user may inadvertently create two or more accounts, each having a different email address. This can easily occur when users change companies and email addresses.

The QuickBase cookie stored in your browser expires after 12 hours, then prompts the user to login again.

In some cases, accounts may be configured to integrate with an internal LDAP instance, in which case the behavior may vary slightly. Check with your local IT group to determine if your QuickBase profile is integrated with your LDAP.

Instead of using Lastname: to search, use Email:, as some users do not have the Last Name and First Name values set for their user profile. Using Email: A-F returns the most inclusive list and will sum to the same number as presented in your account usage stats section.

QuickBase automatically gives Billing Account Administrators the power to create new applications, but you may have inadvertently taken this privilege away from yourself. It's easy to check. On the My QuickBase page, click "Manage my billing account" and click the Permissions tab. Find your user name in the list and make sure that the Create Applications checkbox is turned on.
