This is an example of how to include a simple company "announcements" component that you can embed in your user's dashboard pages. It allows a user with access the ability to very simply edit or add text announcements or instructions that will appear on all dashboards that include the component.

Simple but Effective
The app is short, simple, and to the point. It accomplishes the stated goal of an announcement board without any complexity. I did appreciate the instructions for embeddding the announcements on the dashboards - a nice touch for really getting that extra ounce of usability.
My only complaints would be for getting advanced features like tracking opens and views (but that's really a limitation of Quickbase, not their app) so all in all I like it.

Will be great once I getting it working!
It seems I need add to the code an application token or something different because, I am just getting the following error:
Error in call to API
Invalid Application Token (API Error)
Perhaps I made a mistake or is there an easy fix?

Great app for simple, single record announcements that can appear on dashboards and home pages, making it quick and easy to get the message out across your team without polluting email.

Apps didn't work
The app did not work. Kept asking me to sign in and will not accept my existing login credentials. May be a bug or I was missing out some steps....
