I think my review headline says it all, that we have been blown away by the amazing working relationship we have with QuickBase Services (QBS). From the beginning, during discussions with Debbie, we felt like QBS really wanted to work with us. They've made accommodations to work within our budget, and have kept that in mind throughout this entire process. Melinda has now picked up the ball with the design and development of our database and we could not be more pleased with her impressive talent. She really knows databases! and does not make us feel like we don't. She hears every questions we ask, which I believe to be integral to this process. As you can see we are very pleased! And thank you to all the behind the scenes QBSers (employees).

We have partnered with QBS for the last 3 years in the development of integrated business solution tracking tools. Our business is part of the Life Science data management area. This business has a very complex with global multi- dimensional tracking needs. Our situation is even further compounded with the need to bring data from multiple sources into a single platform to allow end-user to actively manage their projects and gain insight into areas of inefficiency. QBS was found to be an experienced QB developer, in designing user focused, and affordable databases that are tailored to meet our exact requirements. They have work closely with various functional areas of our business, have gained an understanding of each areas works, and has worked through us in translating our needs into developed databases that have streamlined our day to day business .

I discovered Quickbase Srrvices 12 months ago shortly after our organisation took a leap into Quickbase. We are based in Australia so finding someone to provide QB training locally was impossible. As an add-on to an elearning conference in Florida, I undertook some training with Debbie Taylor from QBS. Debbie offerred to travel to meet me, in order to fit in with my travel itinerary.
I undertook 3 half days of training and felt much more comfortable about using QB, and was able to take these skills back to my organisation and train others in the office.
We later did a combined training session with similar organisations and brought Debbie out to Australia. All participants had a wonderful experience.
If only there was a QBS in Australia.
QBS continue to provide Sturt Fleurieu with an ongoing support package for development and assistance. Despite the timezone difference between CA and Australia, they are always prompt and available.
I would highly recommend QB Services to any other organisation.

In choosing a contractor to support our efforts in Quickbase, having a group on the West Coast was important. Once introduced to Quickbase Services out of Berkeley we quickly ramped up and modified our application to suit our needs. Service was professional and responsive and the team team was easy and accommodating to work with.

I've been working with Winnie Fink and Kristin Elmstrom on a significant project, and so far, I've been very impressed with how well they understand my language of "whozits" and "those thingamabobs" and such. All kidding aside, Kristin, in particular, has been able to listen well and decipher what I'm asking for, understand the business need I'm trying to meet, and create the necessary functionality or form that gets me to exactly where I'm hoping to go. Very impressed so far, and I expect they will continue to be my go-to resources for all things QuickBase in the future.
